The sun has not officially risen at the Pole yet, but things do keep getting brighter. Outside that is. Inside? Well, maybe thoughts of the sun’s arrival led to thoughts of summer foods. It’s quite cold, so there aren’t a bunch of grills fired up outside (not that it can’t be done)—and it’s remote, so no MacDonald’s or Burger King in sight—but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a nice hamburger once in a while.
